The ‘learning study’ which had proven to be successful and resulted in positives to both student and teachers, would recommend an open mindset from teachers in receiving constructive criticism as well as the mindset of working together and completely sharing information and ideas. It would require a complete support and participation in order for this to be a success. To add to this, the language that would be used to constructively criticize would be of a sensitive nature in the delivery and explanations of the feedback being given. Teacher would have to maintain that the learner’s experiences id the focus in this ‘learning study.’
