Learning study can play an integral part of teacher development in terms of becoming an effective inclusive teacher. Teachers should have a workable schedule which permits them to meet as a collaborative team to sit discuss, plan and share in their results. This would enable teachers to learn what is effective and what is ineffective. The most important part of this exercise is to formulate a proper working practice that meet the needs of each child in question. Teachers should have an open mind and be willing to carry out this process of planning, reviewing with constructive criticism and tracking the progression over a period of time.
