Activity 2.9 Teacher as role model

What I have taken from Chapter 2 of the TESSA IE Toolkit

- Most importantly for me, be a role model for the kind of behaviour you would like to see from your children.

- Provide support for all learners and value the contribution they make in the classroom.

- Keep in mind that like you and I, no child is the same and each must be treated as the individual they are. They must be respected and their differences valued and celebrated.

- Be adaptable and flexible as you cater to meet the needs of all your children.

- Plan learning activities that will encourage all children to succeed and reach their fullest potential.
