Creating an Ethos

Two factors that contribute to an effective ethos and culture of a school would be recognizing that each person; both teachers and learners have strengths and that they should be showcased in the school. It is the aim that learners especially would come to know their worth through their various gifting. We are also creating an effective ethos by supporting parents through close and constant communication, opportunities for parents' development to empower them in assisting their children. Apart from the principal sourcing professionals to train parents, some teachers also engage in organizing and executing the training sessions for parents.
