Activity 2.5- School policies to support inclusive education.

My favorite idea from the list is all children with disabilities have someone to play with at break time. Play is important as it assist in developing these learners physical, cognitive, social & emotional development. Also, when peered with other children/ using the 'buddy system' they feel included, socially accepted as well as develop their self- confidence.

I agree! The buddy system is a good way of including all students. Peer groups are definitely a good way to create a supportive network for the children and can positively impact their overall development. One idea I think may also be a good way to support inclusion in the school is the availability of diverse extra-curricular activities such as drama clubs, dance clubs or music clubs to allow students with different interests to find a group which can enable them to feel a sense of belonging as they interact with others who share similar interests.
