2.5. What kind of professional development?

The teachers evaluated how the students react or how the lesson is received by the students. Based on the reception of the lesson the teachers reevaluate the delivery of the lesson in order that the students find it more friendly and receptive. The teachers therefore empower the students by allowing their learning styles to take presidency.

The researchers provide the knowledge on how to identify learning style of students and as a result, use that knowledge to have more passes and also have fun while doing so
