challenges of school based training

As a high school math teacher, one of the challenge could be support that can be received from teachers that teachers other subjects, if the meetings are for math teachers only. Teachers who teach subjects can share what is observed on students that can be applied in math. Teachers from other schools can make great contributions that can assist our students.
