Activity 2.7- Positive behaviour management strategies

The strategies I use are praises and rewards where learners are praised and rewarded through stickers for activities they would have done a good job. Also, establishing rules the learners/ children create their rules by doing so, they are easily able to accept and follow the rules.

I have used methods of praising students for good behaviour as well. Rules are usually established at the first session. Another reward system used; playing a song they wish to hear. The class was divided into sections, using a strike method for disruptive behaviour if a group was able to accumulate the least strikes, they would get to listen to a song of their choice in the final 5 minutes of the session.
