I have read the monitoring tools for inclusiveness

In the resource 1 i feel the following aspects need to be added: 1. A senior management staff responsible for inclusivity. 2. A school management committee, and 3. Visits made by specialist teachers

Ngwira I can not agree with you less.  Experts are a  key resource for effective the management and of course monitoring of inclusive education.

While visits by specialists is highly recommended because they are practitioners in their varied relevant fields  , my concern is the senior staff perhaps resident in the school, a post which might attract immense financial implications  not to mention the in-house nature of the SBTPD?
