Activity 3.2: Staff support

As an administrator I would firstly engage in professional development sessions and provide lots of opportunities for staff development. I will share experiences, have discussions and try to motivate the staff. I will also provide different resources and encourage research which can change any challenging way of thinking, in order to make  the classroom more inclusive.
