Activity 3.5: Learning study education

The administrator of the school needs to be a good role model. A non-threatening environment which provides opportunities for teachers to share their experiences, will certainly create the space for teachers to participate in learning studies. Through collaboration and shared experiences, learning studies can be used to develop inclusive teachers.
