Activity 2.7 Positive behaviour management strategies

The children that i  teach are between the ages of four and five. Many times there would be discussions about the good and bad thing that we do and question would be asked "do you think that is something nice to do", how do you feel about it?  and they share their answers.
so later on when we have someone being disruptive, we speak about the behaviour and ask the children what can be done. Sometimes it works well providing that some of the children do not come up with a very challenging way to manage the behaviour, if so, I will guide them away from it and together we make a decision. Note well the child with the disruptive behaviour is also part of creating  a solution.
Another strategy that works well is having  a puppet show depicting the behaviour and also introduce the a positive outcome.
