In addition to the examples given of ways families can work with the school, another suggestion can be families volunteering at the school; both on a daily basis as well as functions, events et al. The school can form committees based on the help that may be needed on the day to day operations of the school as well as committees for upcoming functions and events and allow parents to volunteer for the committee/s they think they can be an asset to and lend their expertise to.
