Activity 4.2: Working with families

One of the ways schools can work with families is by organizing Parent Socials. These activities provide the opportunity for interaction between parents and parents and teachers and parents. It also encourages relationship building where ideas and discussions can take place for the greater benefit of the learners.

The statement made by miss Allison is a really good idea to engage parents. When you involve parents they feel as part of the team. They feel valued. It foster relationships. Such activities like workshops to help parents create resources to help them at home. Also activities to build parental involvement such as Sport Day, Celebrating mother's and Father's can cook event.
