1. Teachers and administrators need to have a positive attitude whereby there is mutual respect between teachers and students. the students will be able to feel safe in a safe environment.

2.  when teacher can work collaboratively in identifying the special needs of students and finding ways to meet those needs, it helps in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture.
