Two things to take into my practice

Two things I would implement would be to:- 1. Encourage more school-based teacher development, encouraging a greater level of collaboration, for teachers to be more effective in their practice.

2. Ensure that the ethos of the school is ideal for all children to feel comfortable and that the environment is non-threatening for teachers to be able to share their experiences, thereby creating a place of learning for both staff and children.
