Another noted feature, however, may pose a challenge because teachers must either be completely honest with themselves about their self-assessment and self-reflective teaching practices in order for the checklist to be effective and for self-improvement to be visible but teachers can collaborate and observe each other while providing the assistance needed in order to overcome the challenge faced.
