Working with families

Schools can work in partnership with parents to achieve a number of goals.

The first step to acquiring this is by making all parents feel welcome and worthy.

A  PTA committee could be established, whereby the parents can assist with decision making and fundraisers.

Through fundraisers, the funds generated could be used to obtain school materials and complete repairs.

Parents can also volunteer their time and expertise to the school with meaningful learning opportunities. through cookery, storytelling and supervision etc.
