Activity 3.7 Resources for School Based CPD

Wow!!! Such an informative and comprehensive resource for all teachers, it was a challenge for me to be able to just choose one that I liked.

An aspect of the material I especially like is "Improving teaching through Formative Assessment". This can help me to collect detailed information that I can use to improve my teaching and learning as it happens, which will be able to help me to plan to meet the learning needs of all my children in the future.

One aspect of the material that I can see that may pose a challenge for teachers might be the time that it would take to go through the materials to find what they might be looking for. They may feel like it is too much reading, especially if reading is not one of their best thing to do.
