Monitoring inclusiveness

This school holds meetings to discuss students' grades at the end of every term. At these meetings when discussing the students that are failing, the same reasons re given. Students are not practicing, homework are not done absenteeism, and so on. The problem is that we do not look at other ways to change our approach to delivering the material. Secondly, some students, complain on our strategy, but we insist that that is traditional and that students need to adopt.

I am seeing that main focus of schools is that the learners learn and that we now need to change to suit their needs. This can be done by hosting regular meetings to share different strategies and the success of these strategies.
