Experiences of professional development

One profession development experience that has helped my practice is the 'STREAM' educational approach. This was very memorable for me, as there was part of the session that required us to get into groups and work on various learning activities. The activities very practical and were transferrable to the classroom setting. Being able to see the practicality of this holistic educational approach, made it very effective in the classroom.
