Activity 2.7 (Positive Behaviour Management Strategies)

Some positive behaviour management strategies that have been tried and have worked in the classroom are:
-Praise of Good Behaviour
-Time out
-Removing Privileges
-Affirmations (positive quotes)
Although all these methods have proven to be useful/positive it depends on the extent of the disruptive behaviour that a different method will be chosen e.g. children who often disrupt class can be praised when good behavior is exhibited or removing privileges.
