Creating an inclusive ethos and culture

To create an inclusive school I believe that there are several factors that must be considered and applied in ensuring that a school is striving towards adapting an inclusive culture and ethos. These factors are, assessing the specific needs of the school and possible barriers. Promoting positive attitudes, teamwork and creating a link  among teachers, administration, parents and by by extension the community in setting up resources. I believe this will assist in supporting any school in creating a more inclusive school culture.
