The features of an Inclusive School 

Reflecting on the aspects of Inclusive Education

1. Monitoring  - Formative assessment. (Checklist). This is used on a termly basis and also for Parent Teacher Conference meetings.

2. Partnership  - This done with the parents and community members on a one to one open communication and letter, but due to the pandemic now, it  is now done through wats app forum, emails, and phone calls.

3. Cultural Change  - Cultural and religion are highlighted throughout the school year and different celebrations are also observed. 

4. Support - Teachers scaffold students learning to make it easier by updating them with new information in the school setting and there are facilitators and mentors who ensure that students needs are met holistically. 

5 . Systems  - The ministry of education  ensures that the necessary skills and training are provided to promote learning. Resources is a limited factor by the ministry , but teachers provide the necessary materials needed on a daily basis.
