Based on the video, an inclusive environment is one that is inviting for students, educators and with the home environment in mind. It enables teachers to reach out for assistance as well as make the learner feel comfortable in this space whether online or offline. Soft skills mentioned in the video are those that are vivid the teacher's temperament. This is of great importance as it reflects the type of person you are to the learner.
