Activity 1.5 Creating an Inclusive Ethos and Culture

I believe that an Inclusive  Ethos and Culture are strong  school leadership. I Think that strong leadership will contribute to the attitude and behavior as in how staff will perform. There should be effective communication with staff so  that there is smoother flow in the school setting. There should also be weekly staff meeting to plan and develop strategies to better facilitate inclusion. 

Teachers should always be professional whether they are in the school or out of the school environment. Teachers should always be able to take constructive criticism
