What needs to be in place to enable teachers to take part in learning study?

Learning study allows for teachers to engage in training with researchers who share their knowledge. Teachers will then return to their classroom to implement what they have learnt. For learning study to take place there should be researchers available along with time allocated for teachers to participate and execute  what they have learnt. They also need to engage in reflection which would assist them to revisit what they did and make changes if necessary.
