Activity 4.10

This course has reminded me of the many things we have to do as professionals and as caregivers for our students. It reminded me to not onlt focus on the work ahead, but also the learner, who we have to make comfortable and allow them to reach their full potential with our help. Inclusive learning is for everyone to become better, not just the students are learners. We must always get involved in professional development that is authentic and relevant to us job and to our learners. Teacher need to see themselves as learners and we must all be willing to adapt and find new ways to support our learner, their parents and other who need our assistance.

I agree with you!

Two things I will take from this course into my practices are:

1. to have a positive attitude towards each and every child because no student should be left behind. I will create my classroom more student friendly.

2. To do more group work/role play with my students so they can be interactive with each and everyone in the class. I will try my best to make all students feel comfortable with their peers in the class.

I also have learned many things during this course. One of the things that struck me was the importance of attitude to create a positive atmosphere. Indeed, I will be sharing this with my coworkers in order for us to create a wonderful atmosphere for our students. Our attitudes will need to be positive, and we must be open. Another thing that I learned is creating an inclusive setting by doing after class whole school activities to get everyone involved in sports.
