Professional Development Experience

A professional development experience that challenged my thinking was when I did an experimental project. A part of the project was to conduct observations. This was a good experience because it helped me to realized the importance of context and flexibility when moving from theory to practice.  The practicality of the experience also provided the opportunity to think of the teaching and learnings in different ways
