There must be a mutual sense of respect between teachers. Everyone must see team work as the most valuable asset a school can have. In some instances, team building activities are necessary. (building trust and building a sense of belonging among staff).When planning professional development sessions, the teachers should be given the opportunity to share their views on topics that support is needed. Schools should be ready to bring in experts or researcher who can assist with classroom application to information being shared. Their also needs to be monitoring of practice(in a non threatening manner). Time must also be allotted for reflective practice as a group and at an individual level.
