In my personal experience, I have found that when there is a lack of mutual respect among teachers, it is difficult for them to collaborate. Hence, TGMs may be less productivity as teachers may not be cooperative in sharing their 'true 'classroom experiences and issues. TGMs however, creates an opportunity for teachers to see beyond their indifferences and work together to create an inclusive school community.
