Experiences in My Professional Development

The PD project that trained secondary school science and mathematic teachers changed my practice. It was about about being Activity and Student Centered. It advocated on being hands on and involving students in observation. There was more of doing than listening from a specialist. 
The challenge was it was residential with a very tight programme.
