Some professional development training that I have experienced that I felt was very effective and helpful, and made a difference to my practice are: 1)Strategies for teaching students with executive functioning challenges

2) Sensitization to Meet the Challenges of Students with Autism.

These course were helpful because they helped me to better understand these specific disabilities better
