Professional Development Experience

I had the privilege to be trained in Report writing and student assessment at my place of employment. The training really helped me improve my student assessment skills of active listening, observation, prioritizing and report writing. I found it was effective in that it gave me an opportunity to critique my previous work and make adjustments, also it gave me new tools and skills to work with.
