School policy to encourage positive behaviour management

A private school that i was privilege to be a part of   implemented a virtue of the week policy, where every week a particular virtue will be  highlighted, discussed and demonstrated, during assembly and any given opportunity. 

A book of virtues was also printed and placed in the school's library along with accompanying story books and made available to all stakeholders.
