Building a stronger inclusive ethos thus ensuring that no child is left behind; a supportive school environment that must be felt and visible at all times; and participating in ongoing professional development activities, whether formal or informal, where classroom procedures are discussed and strengthened through self-reflection are two aspects that I will take forward from this course into my practice. This course provided a comprehensive and thorough understanding of how to build an inclusive school environment. A great deal of useful knowledge was gathered, and I would definitely use what I have learnt in this realistic/practical course while sharing the knowledge gained with others.
