Activity 2.2 Policies for an inclusive ethos

At the Centre I work at, teachers keep staff meeting to plan daily activities to meet the needs of the children. During Centre base teachers observe the children and share information on the strengths or weakness and plan appropriate strategies to assist. Once per term they meet with parents to share information on the child's progress.
