Being an Effective Inclusive Teacher

Teacher professional development is essential and can only benefit both learners and teachers, and being a good inclusive teacher necessitates self-reflection and assessment in order to ensure that each learner's needs are met when tracking their progress. Teachers can continually develop their skills, cooperate with one another, and learn from one another, while students benefit from more inclusive instruction.

An effective inclusive must be able to plan and deliver activities that are suited  to all learners. While designing daily activities and plans for the classroom teachers must be organized, creative, accepting and patient. Also, it is up to the teacher to take time and comprehend each student’s individual needs so that frustrating situations can be avoided.
