One feature that my school used to facilitate inclusion was greeting children upon arrival.  The children chose from the chart how they wanted to be greeted.  They used to literally stand and wait until it was their turn.  This was also expressed to the other teachers who were supervising indoors as they will greet the teachers indoors with whatever they choose from the chart.  It was something they looked forward to with enthusiam.
