Activity 3.1 What is a learning organization?

1. It is a way of giving to society, ensuring the upcoming generation are well-informed and educated. I feel a sense of fulfilment, pride and accomplishment when I see students go from not knowing anything about the subject to becoming well-versed in it. The culture of my school promotes a collaborative environment. There is a synergistic effort to deliver a quality education to our children/students.

2. When you have people of different theologies, you find that the School Administration is unable to harness the school Staff to work cooperatively to accomplish educational goals. You may have Teachers who may be disgruntled, have poor attendance, may have lackadaisical and unmotivated attitudes and failure to stay current with teaching methods and curriculum development.
