Resources for school based CPD

One aspect that l like includes questioning .

This will build on the childrens' knowdledge and will assist teachers plan activities to suit the needs of all learners.

One challenge is to get all educators on board because not everyone will be willing to be part of the inclusive classroom.

I agree with your point Gilliard about questioning -it is one resource that has impressed me as well . By questioning the teacher is able to find out areas of need for the learners and then plan accordingly to meet those needs. Questionin is to me is just it.

A big challenge that I see is time constraint.  CPD is not a walk in the park- it requires proper planning, experimenation, execution and evaluation. Even questioning alone as a resource must be well thought for effective teaching and learning process .
