What needs to be in place to enable teachers to take part in a 'Learning Study'

To establish a learning study for teachers its a collaborative action approach which aims to the effectiveness of children learning by enhancing the professionalism of a teacher. A learning study can be used to develop inclusive teachers because teachers acquire new skills, opportunities and innovative solutions.
