Activity 3.7: Resources for School-based CPD

I like the fact that recourses can be of little or no expense and learning can occur indoors as well as outdoors. It gives the children the opportunity to make their own discoveries using their senses.

Within the environment that I work we normally make use of our indoor outdoor for teaching, together with resource persons, we even do a lot of  recycling of  materials. the majority of resource ideas mentioned we do put it into practice daily

I agree with your statements. As Teachers we under estimate the benefits of outdoor play to children developments. We at times forces most, if not all of our attention on completing the curriculum and for getting the benefits of play  in developing social, fine and gross motor skills.
