One of my professional development experience was that of doing a work shop on Music and Movement. This was very interesting and informative because I learnt of many different ways to use this method to help children stay relaxed. Each child learns at a different level and different ways, sometimes children need to express themselves freely. 

I found that the information given was very effective because it helps me to give each child the opportunity to free themselves up with a little dance and creativity.
