One challenge is that if some teachers are unwilling to cooperate and share ideas about activities.

One opportunity is that if I can do more to help any child I would in whatever way I can.

School-Based Teacher Development

I agree, in many school teachers are unwilling to cooperate with their colleagues, they are afraid to share ideas that can be beneficial to the younger teachers.

As educators our main focus should be the children who were entrusted in our care. Therefore it is imperative that we work together to impart our knowledge to the best of our abilities to enhance the children's learning capabilities. In order to achieve this teachers must work together by sharing ideas, provide information where it is needed and always be willing to assist both teachers and children where necessary.

Yes at times staff can be unwilling to collabrate with each which may cause delays in progression of development.
