Firstly teachers must be given the opportunity to share openly, in a non-threatening environment. Open discussions should be encouraged with both heads and teachers alike.

I also believe that teacher reflection can be used to help teachers collect data and analyze lessons or situations that they may encounter. By doing so, it also helps to guide further planning and execution of lessons.
