Activity 3.6

One challenge I may encounter is a teacher/s that can be apposing to new and different methods or techniques, and different ideas that may be brought forward by other members of staff and  because they maybe set in their our ways or difficult attitude to deal with, this my pose to be a challenge.  

One highlight is weekly planning and meeting among staff members, that encourage you as the teacher to share your experiences or challenges you may have encountered during week.
