Bringing it all together 4.10

Two things that I will take forward from this course into my practice are; I will encourage such stakeholders at my school to take an active role within the school by initiating greater communication with staff, students and families. In this course, I learnt  for an inclusive school to be successful, all stakeholders must have the same vision. Also, implementing a buddy system for those who need assistance, as well as working with the staff to ensure that the school is more inclusive.

I agree that all stake holders need to have the same vision in order to be successful. I would definitely, focus on the keys for establishing a strong inclusive school ethos an culture. I would pass on the notes I took from this course to my administration so that we can work together to be successful. Everything we do is for the betterment of the school and the children.
