The policies that i would like to see implemented in the school that i currently work in would be firstly, to include all stakeholders in the planning and implementing of this venture. Stakeholders can include all school staff from the principals to auxillary staff, parents etc, everyone must be on board in order to achieve this goal. There must also be a well structured support system for students with disabilities. Whether it be support from teachers, special aides assigned to work alongside these students etc. Lastly, there must be a fully stocked resource room where students with disabilities along with well trained staff members can have access to the necessary resources that they need to aid them with their learning.
