The itinerant teachers are beneficial in the roles that they play. There is a need for such person to observe teachers in the classroom, as some teachers are not trained to deal with children with disabilities. Giving them pointers, tailored to the specific needs of a certain child will assist to some extent, enabling the educators to craft similar method to deal with other issues of learning. Also with the making of resources, these itinerant teachers are called to adapt and innovate with whatever situation they encounter. They have certainly found their purpose in life and they are making it worthwhile. The challenge is, there are too few people willing to be the solution.
